Victor Stanley Howe (born November 2, 1929 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) was a professional ice hockey player who played the right wing position. He is NHL Hall of Famer Gordie Howe's brother, Colleen's brother-in-law and uncle to Mark and Marty Howe.

Howe retired after the 1956-57 season, but returned to hockey for 1961-62 season in a senior league in New Brunswick.
